Mission Statement"To deliver the highest quality, sector specific training in the North West Region whilst challenging barriers to Equality, Diversity and Worklessness through effectively networking our clients to the business community." Our historyNEET Futures CIC was incorporated in July 2008 with the aim of helping individuals with barriers to employment. The organisation had 2 Directors, a small budget and big ambition. Originally, providing training in Security and licensed retail was the vehicle to provide opportunities for employment to Wirral people. In April 2009 NEET Futures became the preferred provider of security training to TNG Birkenhead. Within 3 months TNG Liverpool and Sysco Business Skills Academy became our regular customers too. Copeland Security Services declared NEET Futures their preferred provider in May 2009. August 2009 saw massive development within the organisation as a new building facility was acquired the capacity to deliver ECDL and ITQ training to 42 clients, making NEET Futures the largest single site provider of IT training in Merseyside. Between October 2008 and October 2009, NEET Futures delivered training to over 500 individuals across Wirral and Liverpool with a 97% pass rate. Our FutureNEET Futures CIC is working to achieve ISO: 9000, Investors In People and MATRIX Standard. With excellent inspection reports, repeat business and a range of qualifications to offer, we continually aim to work with organisations that share our passion for quality and our social objectives as a Community Interest Company.
