Assessment information

The NVQ 3 Advice and Guidance qualification is a work based learning qualification that is specifically designed to measure a candidates ability to perform their role within the National Occupational Standards framework.

To download information about the assessment process for this course click here. To pass the NVQ 3 Advice and Guidance candidates must successfully pass 6 units.  Three Mandatory Units are:

1. Establish communication with IAG clients
2. Support clients to make use of the advice and guidance service
3. Review own contribution to the service
