Assessment information

The level 2 Award in Team Leading is a short course designed to help those wanting to gain promotion to demonstrate their abilities and knowledge of what it takes to lead teams of people. There is 1 mandatory unit to complete for this qualification:

• Developing yourself as a team leader

To pass the qualification a further 2 units must be successfully completed.  These units are advised by the course tutor and the candidate during the first module.

Institute of Leadership & Management is the Awarding Body that accredits the Level 2 Award in Leading Teams.

The cost of this course is £400 (see Note 1) and includes VAT, materials, resources, tutorials and examinations. You can pay for this course online. Note 1: Interest free payment option: £100 deposit and a further 3 monthly installments payable via standing order for £100. Total = £400.00. Please note that once enrolled, all contracts are binding and the total balance will still be due if the candidate does not complete the course. Once paid, the candidate will have 12 months to complete the course.
