Assessment information

The level 2 Award in Team Leading is a short course designed to help those wanting to gain promotion to demonstrate their abilities and knowledge of what it takes to lead teams of people. There is 1 mandatory unit to complete for this qualification:

• Developing yourself as a team leader

To pass the qualification a further 2 units must be successfully completed.  These units are advised by the course tutor and the candidate during the first module.

Institute of Leadership & Management is the Awarding Body that accredits the Level 2 Award in Leading Teams.
