Terms and Conditions of Business

General

Neet-Futures CIC supply training courses, consultancy and other business consultancy services to the "Client", ("Clients").

Working with Limited Companies

If NEET Futures CIC is engaged by a company Limited by Guarantee or Limited Liability Partnership then it is expressly agreed that in the event of such a company being wound up or declared insolvent as recognised by English and Welsh Law, the directors of such a company will become personally liable for any outstanding debt that is owed to NEET Futures CIC as created between the arrangement with the organisation.

Provision of credit

NEET Futures CIC may, at exclusive discretion provide credit terms of up to 30 days for a business customer who requests this facility and can demonstrate a business case for such service.  There will be no additional charges provided the business pays the outstanding invoice within 30 days of issue via agreed payment methods (cheque, Paypal, BACS, Faster).

For longer periods of credit this must be agreed by an executive director of NEET Futures CIC.
All credit terms may be subject to business and director credit reference checks.

Delivery Policy

We deliver training courses and consultancy and business advice.

For courses held at Neet-Futures CIC premises or locations arranged and paid for by Neet-Futures CIC:

  • Neet-Futures CIC provide trainers, training facilities and materials relevant to the course.
  • Neet-Futures CIC provide catering facilities relevant to the length of the course.
  • All attendees must adhere to the relevant fire and safety notices that are explained at the start of each course.

For courses held at Client premises:

  • Neet-Futures CIC provide training staff, training and materials relevant to the course.
  • Client is responsible for all catering.
  • Client is responsible for all fire and safety issues relevant to the building and ensuring the facilities meet al legal requirements.

For all consultancy and other services such as application checking we will confirm in writing the service we offer and will supply written deliverables by email or post as applicable.

Neet-Futures CIC reserves the right to remove or amend any part of its publications or manuals without prior notice or consultation. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the publications and manuals, Neet-Futures CIC shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or for any subsequent mistreatment of any person or property, however caused.

The Client shall indemnify Neet-Futures CIC for any loss or expenses caused as a result of providing inaccurate information to Neet-Futures CIC, mistakes contained within the Client order, changes to the Contract requested by the Client, the cancellation of the Contract by the Client or breach of the Contract by the Client (subject to Neet-Futures CIC using all reasonable endeavours to minimise such loss).

If the Client becomes bankrupt or enters into liquidation, administration or administrative receivership or has a receiver of any of its assets appointed (or ceases or threatens to cease carrying on business) Neet-Futures CIC shall be entitled to cancel any outstanding Contract(s) and/or suspend further deliveries or services without liability to the Client and any sums outstanding shall become immediately due.

Course bookings

Reservations can be made by phone, in writing or by email, however a reservation without payment is not a confirmed booking.

Payment is expected at least 7-days prior to the start of the course.

Refunds Policy in case of client re-scheduling, non attendance or cancellation a course

If an individual candidate is unable to attend on the scheduled course date they should notify Neet-Futures CIC as soon as possible:

  • The candidate should notify Neet-Futures CIC at least 24 hours in advance and in this case Neet-Futures CIC will agree an alternative course date with the candidate for any course date in the next 6 months, subject to availability.
  • If the candidate notifies Neet-Futures CIC with less that 24 hours notice they will forfeit any fees paid. However at the discretion of Neet-Futures CIC the candidate may be offered an alternative date with no fees payable.
  • If a candidate fails to notify us in advance of their inability to attend on the course date, then a re-booking will have to be made and the full fees will be payable.

Neet-Futures CIC operates the following refund policy in respect of the cancellation of individual course bookings.

  • Course cancelled more than 7 days before start date 100% of fees refunded
  • Course cancelled 7 days before start date 85% will be refunded
  • Course cancelled less than 7 days before start date 50% will be refunded
  • Please note: Refunds take 7 working days to process

If a course is run exclusively for a corporate customer - at Neet-Futures CIC offices, on a customer site or any other alternative venue - the same 85% refund terms apply in the event of cancellation, but an alternative course date can be arranged by agreement.

Refunds Policy in case of Neet-Futures CIC re-scheduling or cancelling

Neet-Futures CIC reserve the right to cancel and/or amend course dates, times, contents and venues. Every effort will be made to give the Client as much notice as possible and offer a reasonable alternative. If these are not satisfactory, Neet-Futures CIC may refund in full the total amount paid to date. No further compensation will given.

Neet-Futures CIC reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Exam Results

Exam papers are marked by an external awarding body, and results are made available in 10 working days of sitting the exam, there may be a further delay in exam results by the awarding body.

Neet-Futures CIC will not be liable for any kind of loss in case of a delay in result. Course Reservation - Pay on the day Potential learners are allowed to reserve a place on the course via this web site and pay on the day of training course.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. In the event that one or more clauses of these terms and conditions becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
